D was gone with a certification training and test this weekend, and with nesting kicking into full effect, I was not about to wait another week+ to fix the nightmare of our nursery. So I went to work and spent most of my time upstairs priming and painting over the radioactive wall pigment. Now before I get yelled at; I was super careful, took lots of breaks, and used the low odor, no-VOC paint so the kiddos wouldn't be in jeopardy. Regardless, we woke up this morning to no more green glow!!! Hello lemon mint!
Its still bright but much calmer than before. In my opinion beautiful (but that might be because my retinas have been fried from looking at green grapes for so long). Either way, it makes me hungry for ice cream! After a few remaining final touches, it'll be time for the fun part...decorating! =)
It makes me want a mint M&M blizzard from Dairy Queen!
Look at those amazingly straight ceiling lines!! FrogTape is a godsend!
