Heartburn Hell

Well, just as the books predicted, the 3rd trimester is a host to a plethora of really fun things to have to endure. I woke up multiple times last night to an icky/burny feeling and this morning my throat felt like an inferno. Welcome hellacious heartburn and reflux! I understand the medical reason behind it, but honestly, why??? Its like a cruel joke. I'm just waiting for MTV to pop their heads out and say I've been punked. Aren't all the aches and pains, exhaustion, constant peeing and swelling enough?
